1. Agreement to these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using InsightFrame, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use InsightFrame for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What InsightFrame provides
InsightFrame helps you identify keywords from screenshots, organize content opportunities, create photo-story drafts, generate visual backgrounds, edit slide text, and export images.
Features may change as we improve the app. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, provider availability, legal compliance, or product changes.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in screenshots, prompts, keywords, instructions, edits, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and submit Your Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the features you request. This permission ends when the processing purpose ends, subject to operational backups, legal obligations, and the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential information or content you are not permitted to share with service providers.
4. Generated and edited outputs
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the slides, captions, and visual outputs created for you for personal or commercial content.
You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it.
Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content produced for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. InsightFrame does not guarantee originality, accuracy, search performance, audience growth, engagement, income, or legal clearance.
You must check facts, rights, disclosures, and platform rules that apply to your final post.
5. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Credits
Certain scanning and creation operations require credits. The credit cost shown in the app applies when you start an operation. If an eligible operation fails after credits are consumed, the service may automatically return those credits.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used with the app and bundle for which they were issued. Promotional or free credits may be subject to additional limits.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
If you purchase InsightFrame Pro, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are also subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Changes
Prices, included credits, and available plans may change for future billing periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law. Any required notice or consent will be handled through the App Store.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use InsightFrame to:
- Violate laws, regulations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.
- Create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Upload malware, interfere with the service, probe security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Automate requests in a way that overloads, scrapes, resells, or circumvents service limits.
- Manipulate credits, purchases, device identifiers, or subscription validation.
- Misrepresent generated content in a way that is unlawful or materially deceptive.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or legal rights.
7. Third-party services and platforms
InsightFrame relies on Apple services and independent providers for purchases, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and image generation. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
InsightFrame is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or any other social platform. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish.
8. Intellectual property
InsightFrame, its app design, logo, software, website, branding, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute it except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightFrame is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not promise that every screenshot will scan correctly, every generation will complete, every visual will be available, or every output will meet your expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or audience performance arising from your use of InsightFrame.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for InsightFrame during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using InsightFrame at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or if continued operation becomes impractical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use InsightFrame after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
13. General terms
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
For iOS use, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply where required.
